About Roaring Hope

Mary was born in California, USA into a single parent home with five other siblings. She moved out of her home at the young age of 16. The hardships in her upbringing, shaped her to become all she is today as she learned to walk through abuse, great disappointment and betrayal, teaching her at a young age to lean solely on Jesus. Mary’s life was impacted by Missions since childhood and at the age of 19 she went to Bible School. During her Bible School years, she was greatly impacted by the Brownsville Revival and at the age of 27 went on to become a single Missionary in Tanzania, Africa, where she served for 16 years as a full-time missionary. Mary carries great prophetic wisdom in business and life. She has a unique revivalist teaching gift and carries powerful authority in transformational levels of breakthrough to people, churches and organizations globally. While her heart burns for the nations, she has a desire to raise up healthy & whole leaders around the world.

Peter was born in Scotland, where he lived until the age of 5 when his parents moved to Africa. He grew up as the son of Missionaries with two other brothers on the foreign fields of Tanzania, East Africa, where he lived and served for 35 years. He also has an engineering background and worked as a water engineer while in Africa and worked in other countries too, designing and bringing water to places that had none. Peter has a love for the Nations and with his unique background, he can relate on a personal level to people of all cultures.

He is also a very gifted leader who carries a powerful, loving Father’s heart, and he is known for imparting heaven’s joy and peace. He releases family everywhere he goes and is a powerful catalyst for revival and reformation in family.

After meeting in Tanzania, East Africa in 2003, Peter and Mary started dating in 2006 and married in 2007. Together they have 4 children who were all born in Tanzania. They continued to serve in Tanzania as Missionaries in church planting, team building, teaching, preaching and as Missionary Entrepreneurs, starting and running two businesses as well as a Girls Home called House of Hope. They lived in Tanzania until July of 2019 when God shifted the trajectory of their lives, moving them out of Africa to America, giving them a greater world vision and passion for people and the Nations. They are a powerful visionary couple with a pioneering Apostolic anointing. They release a mother and fathers’ heart as they pour into people and raise up leaders wherever they go.

Allie was born and raised in Scotland before coming to the USA to do ministry school in 2019 where she connected with Mary and Peter. She has been part of the building of Roaring Hope since the very beginning and loves to minister in and to the nations. Allie carries a powerful ability to bring breakthrough in helping people reach their full identity as sons and daughters of God. She is passionate about worship, prophecy and seeing believers’ step into greater freedom in every area of their lives.
